History

Hatfield Recruitment Professionals was established in May 1987.

After two decades working in senior management roles within the heavy earthmoving machinery and civil construction markets, Hatfield founder and current Managing Director Terry Swift identified a need within the resource and construction industries for a specialised, knowledge-based recruitment consultancy. The objective was to assist individual companies in recruiting top level staff.

Glenn Swift joined Hatfield as Director in 2009, following an expansive 18 year career with Komatsu Australia Ltd, adding new capability and experience to Hatfield's professional services.

Since its establishment, much of Hatfield's growth has occurred by the referral of satisfied clients. The company is proud of these achievements and is continuing to forge a reputation for professionalism, integrity, action and results in the market place.
